Not a straight forward job in an old house. Any issues were explained before the start and a price agreed. Once booked and a date set Neil turned up on time and made a start. He was clean and tidy taking good care and happy to talk through reasons for any changes. As we were not in one day I gave him a key and he let himself in and worked on his own.
